Role: Substance Use Disorder Counselor
Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, screenings, referrals, and treatment planning. Deliver case management, coordinate community support services, and ensure accurate clinical documentation. Support clients in recovery and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners. Participate in supervision, training, and professional development.
Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential, with an associate’s degree in human services or related field (bachelor’s preferred). Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management. Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
