Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd shift) providing compassionate supervision and support to residents in a substance use treatment facility.
Responsibilities: Supervise residents, build positive relationships, monitor behaviors, support treatment goals, respond to emergencies, administer medications, assist with daily activities, transport residents, collect urine specimens, facilitate educational groups, maintain confidentiality, and attend training.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to pass background and medical clearances, strong communication and teamwork skills, and professional boundary maintenance.
Preferred Skills: Experience in behavioral health or human services, relevant coursework, and DHS 83 training or willingness to complete it.
Work Environment: Residential setting involving physical activity, outdoor supervision, and local travel for resident transport and program support. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and use stairs frequently.
Note: Due to contractual requirements, the role requires one male staff member capable of conducting urinalyses and performing observed drug tests.
