Resident Care Companion or STNA - DSL Elyria

Seeking compassionate Resident Care Companions or STNAs to provide daily assistance to residents in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities include engaging residents in activities, supporting personal care routines (e.g., bathing, hygiene), escorting residents to meals and activities, and addressing their daily needs.

Qualifications

• STNA certification required for STNA roles; no certification needed for Resident Care Companion positions.
• Experience in senior care is helpful but not mandatory.
• A cheerful attitude, love for seniors, and positive outlook are essential.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support residents' participation in social and recreational activities.
