- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Maintaining professional accountability and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.
- Coordinating care across departments and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by colleagues.
- Focusing on recovery, pain management, wound care, mobility, patient education, and discharge planning for adult orthopedic and surgical patients.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or eligible through compact licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Bed capacity: 26
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 6:1
- Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates with at least 1 year of experience
