- Provide professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policies.
- Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and document care.
- Employ critical thinking and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team to meet unit goals.
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if holding an Associate Degree.
- Current Illinois RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of employment.
- Preferably, two years of NICU Level 3 RN experience.
