Registered Nurse (RN) - Private Duty Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.

Responsibilities include

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
• Initiating and revising care plans based on patient needs
• Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness
• Responding to changes in patient condition and reporting to physicians or supervisors
• Providing healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Current RN license and health certification for the practicing state
• Current BLS card, PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Preferred: at least one year of RN experience
