We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ICU Supervisor to lead and oversee the intensive care unit.

- Ensuring safe and effective patient care while maintaining a secure environment for staff, patients, families, and visitors.
- Collaborating with the Director to manage staffing, operations, and fiscal responsibilities.
- Responding flexibly to emergencies and unpredicted situations, delegating tasks appropriately.
- Prioritizing daily duties, assessing educational needs, and supporting staff development.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and monitoring patient care standards.
- Delegating shift duties such as chart checks, documentation, and supply management.
- Associates degree in Nursing required.
- Valid Multi-State RN license, or the ability to obtain one if licensed in another Compact state.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification within 7 days of hire.
- CPI certification, with additional certifications as required by the unit.
- Preferred: 2-3 years of acute care experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Promotes service excellence and clinical competency across all patient populations.
- Performs related duties to support unit operations and patient safety.
