- Provide direct patient care in the ER setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Monitor and assess patient needs, adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and confidentiality policies.
- Graduate of a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state or valid compact licensure.
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or others may be required based on unit needs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks during shifts.
