- Supervising and coordinating daily activities of nursing and ancillary staff.
- Fostering a culture of safety, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with medical and support teams to ensure efficient clinical operations.
- Building and maintaining a skilled, motivated team through recruitment, coaching, and evaluation.
- Monitoring care quality, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Managing staff schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
- Participating in patient care planning, rounds, and resolving operational issues.
- Ensuring safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and facility maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s preferred.
- Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Required certifications include Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), S.T.A.B.L.E, and Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM).
- Preferred experience in acute care, leadership, and clinical operations.
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and supervisory skills.
