- Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to adult psychiatric patients
- Utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Guiding and supervising unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Communicating and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Contributing to safety and high-quality patient experiences
- Current IL nursing license
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Adult Psychiatry experience preferred
- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
- Evening shift (3:00-11:30 pm) with rotating weekends and holidays
