- Collecting comprehensive patient data and performing culturally sensitive triage to prioritize urgent care.
- Analyzing assessment data to identify diagnoses or issues and developing individualized care plans.
- Implementing, coordinating, and educating to promote patient safety and health outcomes.
- Evaluating progress toward expected outcomes and communicating effectively across teams.
- Demonstrating leadership, applying current evidence-based practices, and maintaining a safe, alert state during all duties.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- At least two years of emergency room experience preferred.
- Current RN license applicable to the state of practice.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, TNCC are preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient movements; excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends.
- Compliance with state-specific licensing and certification standards.
