Registered Nurse - Days or Nights

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare services for Pediatric and Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
• Initiating and revising care plans based on patient needs
• Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness
• Responding to changes in patient conditions and reporting to physicians or supervisors
• Providing healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Current RN license in the practicing state
• At least one year of RN experience
• Current health certificate, BLS certification, and PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Proficiency in English
