- Providing direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians
- Overseeing PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts
- Ensuring treatment aligns with departmental policies, treatment standards, and organizational values
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current or temporary Physical Therapy license in the practice state
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience in rehabilitation, especially with adult and geriatric populations
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
