- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and manage pain
- Providing hands-on therapy, education, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Delegating tasks to assistants and students based on their skill levels
- Documenting assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with departmental policies
- Assessing and re-evaluating patient needs, and making appropriate referrals
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist
- No prior experience required; master's degree preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible schedule between 7AM and 6:30PM, with no weekends or holidays
