- Provide skilled nursing care based on physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
- Accurately document care activities
- Monitor patient safety and health status
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet each child's needs
- Active LPN license
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Support a child-focused environment with scheduled daytime shifts, no nights or weekends
