- Coordinate linkage to mental health, addiction, and social services across East Tennessee.
- Document services provided and collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide follow-up support to clients, promoting recovery and stability.
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
- Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with law enforcement and community agencies.
- Knowledge of mental health, addiction, and social service resources.
- Commitment to trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices.
