The Therapy Resident - Pelvic Health is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care including Examination, Evaluation, Diagnosis, Planning, Intervention and Establishing Outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and reassesses patient condition.
- Determines plan of care.
- Provides appropriate and effective interventions.
- Supervises and directs appropriate members of rehab team.
- Responsible for personal and professional development to ensure current knowledge required for position.
- Develop a personal program of self-study and professional growth with guidance from the teaching faculty and staff.
- Participate fully in the education activities of their program and as required, assume responsibility for teaching and supervising students and others as appropriate.
- Participate, as appropriate, in PT related research opportunities and/or community outreach service projects.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Minnesota or temporary license in the state of Minnesota
- APTA Membership
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Level One Pelvic Floor course or equivalent
- Completion of Residency Interview process
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Obstetrics course for pelvic therapist residents

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE).
