Talent Acquisition Intern

The Recruitment Intern will support the recruitment function by managing human resources (HR) related projects, scheduling hiring leader/candidate interviews, completing administrative functions within the department all while receiving support and mentorship in core aspects of recruitment and human resources.

Job Expectations:

· Coordinates HR projects as assigned

· Facilitates the day to day requirements of supporting recruitment specialists and hiring leaders in interview coordination, confirmation and logistics

· Provide support and communication with candidates

· Ensures outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries

Required Qualifications

· Current student or recent college grad

· Must be majoring in Business or a related field

· Basic understanding of employment concepts, laws and regulations

· Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Ability to work in an environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through skills

· Exceptional communication skills and professional presence

· Effective problem solving, process improvement and troubleshooting skills

This position offers a flat rate within the specified compensation range. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Furthermore, our organization values pay equity and includes considerations of internal team equity when extending any offers. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
