The Technology Sr Solutions Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for leading and enhancing departmental activities through advanced analysis and insights. This position involves automating processes, overseeing various high-impact projects, and ensuring data accuracy and efficiency within the organization. The Sr Solutions Analyst will collaborate with multiple departments to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support strategic initiatives. Additionally, this role will lead complex process improvement projects, conduct advanced process analysis, develop and implement strategic process improvement initiatives, and mentor junior analysts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, superior communication and collaboration abilities, and the capability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.


Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct advanced process analysis and identify opportunities for optimization, using data analysis techniques.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies and initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation and reports, summarizing findings and proposed solutions.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions to gather input and share best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for process improvements.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and root causes of process issues, using tools like Power BI.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management, summarizing findings and proposed solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members, providing training and support on process improvement techniques.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends to inform process improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration
• Combination Education & Experience
• 4-6 years of experience in roles such as senior business analyst or senior process improvement analyst, including leading complex process assessments and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Advanced process analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in Power Suite tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate), demonstrated by developing advanced dashboards and automating complex workflows in a professional setting.
• Understanding of business processes and strategic planning, shown by leading strategic process improvements and planning in project work.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior analysts, evidenced by project leadership and mentoring in previous job responsibilities.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills, developed through managing stakeholder expectations and communications in professional experience.
• Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement, demonstrated by implementing and sustaining process improvements in project work.
• Ability to develop and implement process improvement strategies, shown by strategic planning and execution in previous job responsibilities.
• Project management and leadership skills, with experience managing medium to large-sized projects, including planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, demonstrated by developing technical solutions based on business needs in project work.
• Experience with data-driven decision making, shown by using data to inform decisions in previous job responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency with ServiceNow (SN) or similar tools, demonstrated by advanced configuration and usage of the platform in a professional setting.

Compensation Disclaimer

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
