Registered Nurse/RN - Heart Clinic

We have an immediate opening for an RN to join our team at the  Fairview Heart Clinic - Wyoming Lakes Clinic. Join M Health Fairview, the largest healthcare system in the state! The M Health Fairview Wyoming Lakes Heart Clinic is a growing and collaborative clinic. Our clinic hours are 8AM to 4:30PM Monday - Friday, so no evenings, weekends, or holidays! This provides an excellent work life balance!

This is a .6 FTE (48 hours per two week pay period), MNA Minnesota Nurses Association Union role. Typical work schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.

Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomes

Develops an individualized nursing plan of care

Implements nursing interventions based on plan of care

Evaluates care and the patient’s response to interventions and expected outcomes

Uses communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes

Demonstrates the ability to advance care by utilizing standards, guidelines, care pathways and continuous improvement to enhance patient outcomes

Promotes a culture of evidence-based practice (EBP) by participation in activities

Demonstrates Commitment to Customers, Fellow Employees and Fairview

Requirements

MN RN

BLS - at the end of orientation

Preferred

BSN or BAN

1 – 3 years of experience

The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting. An individual's pay rate within this range may be influenced by various factors, including FTE, skills, knowledge, educational background, and qualifying experience as specified in the contract. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
