Fairview is seeking a full time BC/BE Internal Medicine (preferred) or experienced Family Medicine Physician to join the Hospital Medicine team at M Health Fairview St. John's Hospital in Maplewood, Minnesota.
- Work with a collegial group of over 30 hospitalists and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
- Average 13-15 patient census
- FTE: 1.0
- Flexible Work Schedule
- 7 on/off or modified block schedule
- Fully supported nocturnist program with overnight coverage
- Resident physician led rapid response team and code response
- Shift Hours:
- AM Rounder: 7 am - 6 pm
- AM Swing Shift: 7 am - 6 pm
- PM Swing Shift: 11 am – 10 pm
- PM Swing Shift: 2 pm - midnight

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency training program
- BC/BE with the ABMS
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges

Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week.
