This individual will help ensure that high-priority, dynamic operational initiatives are planned, tracked, and executed with discipline. The Portfolio Manager will work cross-functionally with clinical and operational teams, support initiative governance and communications, and assist in monitoring progress against key goals. • End-to-End Operational Priority Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of key initiatives, including the development of project charters, workplans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Strategic Support and Analysis: Conduct research, gather internal data, and synthesize insights to inform project direction, frame recommendations, and support executive decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Drive coordination across clinical, operational, and support teams to ensure aligned implementation, track interdependencies, and proactively address risks or barriers to progress.
  • Progress Monitoring and Accountability: Develop and maintain project tracking tools, KPIs, dashboards, and status updates to monitor progress and promote accountability across workstreams.
  • Executive-Level Communication: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and updates for senior leaders, clearly communicating objectives, progress, challenges, and strategic implications.
  • Governance and Facilitation: Support initiative governance by preparing materials, facilitating meetings, documenting key decisions, and ensuring timely follow-through on next steps.
  • Continuous Improvement and Operational Readiness: Identify opportunities to improve portfolio management practices and help ensure that initiatives are transitioned effectively into sustainable operations.
  • Cross-Functional and Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate proactively with both internal and external stakeholders—including the Transformation Office, Strategy Office, Finance, LCAR, IT, vendors, and other key partners—to drive alignment on system priorities. Ensure coordination across functions to support adherence to established processes and contractual obligations. Identify and manage interdependencies, overlaps, and risks to enable seamless execution and integration of initiatives. Foster transparent communication and shared accountability to support successful outcomes.
