Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Urology Practice at M Health Fairview Specialty Clinic in Fridley and Princeton, MN. Conveniently located in the Twin Cites M Health Fairview Specialty Clinic – Fridley and M Health Fairview Specialty Clinic – Princeton offers comprehensive care with primary and specialty services.
Practice Details:
- Openings: 1.0 FTE
- Monday – Friday
- hours dependent on preference and patient needs, clinic is open 8-4:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Opportunity to collaborate with other Urology colleagues within the Division.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
- Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program
- BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC
- Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
- Demonstrated experience in endocrinology or a comparable field is essential
