Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Spine Care team in Maplewood, MN. In this role, you will work independently in a supportive team setting and will be working closely with a well-established community Physician group and an experienced group of Advanced Practice Providers (APP). Responsible for collaborative management of pain management/spine care conditions in patients with chronic acute care pain management. Primary responsibility for patient and family education related to diagnostic services, disease processes, treatments, and a plan of care.
Practice Details:
- 1.0 FTE
- Monday – Friday with rotating weekends; hours dependent on patient care needs

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Adult/Gero or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner training program
- BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC
- Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
