Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine

Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Emergency Medicine team at M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center. 

Practice Details:

• Join a team of 3 APP’s and 12 MD’s
• FTE: 0.8
• Shifts are 12p-12a
• Fairview Northland Emergency Department is 17 beds, which included 2 trauma/critical care rooms and 2 behavioral rooms
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Annual Emergency Room volumes: 25,000
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualificiations:

• Graduate of a school or nursing and accredited Adult/Gero, Acute Care, or Family Nurse Practitioner training program
• BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC
• Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges 
• A minimum of 2 years of NP experience is preferred.  New grads who have completed an Emergency Medicine Residency/Fellowship will be considered.

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.

Salary : $131,498 - $189,925
