What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager Pharmacy Operations position at Fairview Health Services?
Supervises the daily activities and operations of the pharmacy; assists in the development and maintenance of pharmacy programs for both the facility and affiliated HealthEast pharmacies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D
- 2 years hospital pharmacy practice experience
- ASHP Accredited PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Practice Management preferred or equivalent experience
- Pharmacist MN Board of Pharm Upon Hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in Business Admin Healthcare Administration, or Public Health relevant field
- Previous management and/or clinical pharmacy practice experience

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE).
