Manager, IntegraDose Operations

In partnership with the IntegraDose Board and Executive Leadership, provide leadership and management for the day-to-day manufacturing operations including cost effective production, meeting customer expectations related to service, quality programs, human resource management, regulatory compliance, program development and implementation, capital equipment and supplies and effective financial management related to productivity and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure achievement of organizational vision, mission and goals.
• Create and maintain an environment for staff to function efficiently with known accountabilities and exemplary performance standards.
• Develop, implement and communicate key metrics and improvement activities to monitor the performance of manufacturing operations.
• Partner with human resources and other teams on human capital initiatives that ensure recruitment of high quality candidates, foster staff engagement, encourage professional development and provide appropriate training and orientation.
• Responsible for timely and accurate analysis and decision making to support business performance, operational and financial objectives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement using lean management tools to support, challenge and evolve processes to achieve business goals.
• Assist and support development of new products to increase breadth of sales offerings and grow revenue
• Maintain knowledge, ensures and facilitates compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed/assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Pharmacist MN Board of Pharm Licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Minnesota Upon Hire

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years Pharmacy or manufacturing /compounding experience

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within thisrange may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience,and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If yourrole is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.

Salary : $150,883 - $213,013
