Job Summary:
The End User Services (EUS) team is responsible for creating, deploying, managing, and securing the devices, productivity applications, software packages, and presentation layer that Fairview users require to perform their jobs.
The Managers within EUS Technology Delivery, act as a visionary and advocate for end-user technologies with a focus on collaboration, action, automation, and continuous improvement. These leaders will work with the broader IT and business organizations within Fairview to identify and deliver valuable solutions and results to ensure a productive workforce. Their organizational duties will consist of the recruiting and selecting personnel into the team, managing resource demand, capacity, staff performance management, and professional development.
Job Expectations:
- Leads and motivates employees; provides feedback, coaching, and counseling to enhance or improve performance.
- Thought leader who acts as a conduit with a direct and matrixed team, aligning the teams to the end-to-end strategic direction, driving a highly integrated culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset.
- Manage department budgets in support of financial decisions, negotiating with vendors, identifying cost savings opportunities and day-to-day expense management.
- Establishes and maintains metrics to measure efficient use of existing systems and resources.
- Proactively recommend innovative and modern end-user technology solutions based on industry best practices (e.g., roadmaps, automation, service process, etc) and proven success in implementing multiple large-scale transformational initiatives.
- Participate in hands-on issue resolution when needed, to facilitate and assist during the toughest issues/outages, striving for a faster than expected resolution.
- Partners with EUS leadership and stakeholders to build improvements, drive strategy, and define customer-focused future initiatives to optimize operations, processes, customer experience, and services.
- Deliver projects, solutions, and IT services in support of approved business and technology driven portfolios of work.
- Strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems and suggest solutions.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment to drive results.

Additional Job Requirements:
The Manager EUS Technology Delivery Productivity holds a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the use of Microsoft and Adobe products/services within the organization. This includes overseeing the Enterprise Agreement (EA), Server Cloud Enrollment (SCE), Azure Billing, True-up, Unified Support for Microsoft, and the Adobe Value Incentive Plan. The manager ensures compliance with licensing terms, monitors service performance, collaborates with Microsoft/Adobe representatives, and works with internal IT teams to understand and define roadmaps/releases and key dates within the Microsoft/Adobe environments. This comprehensive oversight is essential for maximizing the value derived from these critical software tools and ensuring their effective utilization across the organization.
Establishing and maintaining governance of the M365 environments and its various components, including citizen developers, agents, and core services such as Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange, is a core requirement. Additionally, promoting the team's value, showcasing delivered solutions and service metrics, and promoting recently deployed solutions to highlight the team's services are paramount for success in this role. These are two key areas where this individual will be spending a significant amount of time focusing on.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain close relationships with Microsoft, Adobe, and key Microsoft partners. Manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.
- Optimize M365 and Adobe license utilization, manage the organization's licensing structure, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Promote the use of M365 and Adobe tools within the organization. Assist internal teams in navigating these vendors and plan for new app releases/updates.
- Ensure team members have the necessary skills and training to support and champion the Microsoft and Adobe suite of products. Provide coaching and guidance to help them grow and develop in their careers.
- Influence the selection and implementation of Microsoft/Adobe products. Collaborate with internal IT teams such as Cybersecurity, Data and Governance to define roadmaps/releases and key dates within the Microsoft/Adobe environments.
- Establish solid governance for the growth of citizen developers within Power Apps, Power Platform, Copilot Chat Agents, Azure AI, etc. Ensure adherence to defined guardrails.
Additional Qualifications:
- Deep and proven Microsoft licensing experience, strong project management skills, and experience with M365 and Adobe Suite collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication skills, proven track record in marketing and advocating team services to all levels in the organization, experience in leveraging metrics to show value, and proven experience in managing a large complex budget over $8M.
- Experience with M365 license optimization and management, and experience with at least one Microsoft renewal and at least two annual license True ups.

- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training
Experience
- 7 years of Infrastructure experience
- 5 years of direct team leadership
- Leadership experience with increasing levels of accountability
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with a range of technical staff, operational partners, and architects to develop joint solutions
- Ability to facilitate problem solving among groups with varying needs and priorities

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
