Information Coordinator

Here at Fairview, we are now looking for an Information Coordinator to work in our Imaging Department with a home base at St John's Hospital in Maplewood, MN! This is a .6 FTE (48 hours per 2 weeks) position that will float between St John's Hospital, Woodwinds Hospital and the Maplewood Imaging Center on the day/evening shift with rotating weekends.

Information Coordinator provides expert support services including scheduling, registration, point of service collections, administrative services, managing clinical records, customer service, and support for collaborative care team initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree or combination of education and/or experience equivalent to 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years customer facing experience in a health care related field.
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Scheduling and registration experience

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
