What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Aide position at Fairview Health Services?
Fairview is looking for a Housekeeping Aide at our Maple Grove Surgery Center. This position is approved for 48 hours every two weeks and is benefit eligible. We believe the hours for this position will be Monday through Thursday 6:30pm-11:30pm, Friday 5:00pm-9:00pm.
Perform cleaning duties as assigned to keep the facility orderly, attractive, clean, and sanitary.
Responsibilities
Cleans rooms and areas following the right steps and safety rules.
Uses cleaning supplies and equipment the correct way and keeps them in good shape.
Handles trash, dirty linens, and chemicals safely.
Follows safety signs, wears gloves, and reports anything broken or unsafe.
Helps others by being kind, respectful, and willing to help.
Works well with the team and listens to others to solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Housekeeping/Environmental Service experience
