Fairview is looking for a Floor Care Specialist at Woodwinds Health Campus! This position is 48 hours per two week pay period on the Evening Shift. and it is benefit eligible!
Cleans, refinishes, and maintains floors in the facility

WEEK 1
Mon: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Sat: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Sun: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
WEEK 2
Mon: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Sat: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Sun: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Responsibilities
- Performs assignments per department procedures and protocols
- Uses proper chemical dilution rations
- Follows infection control practices and procedures
- Follows proper procedure for assigned area
- Completes assignments in a timely manner
- Properly handles soiled and clean linens in assigned areas
- Properly handles and disposes of waste
- Uses safe work practices i.e. floor signs, use of gloves, follow hazard signs/symbols
- Remains flexible to change assignments as needed
- Contributes process improvement ideas/suggestions
- Properly documents work assignments
- Maintains hard surface and carpeted floors
- Uses good technique to clean and refinish hard surface floors and extraction of carpeted floors
- Applies appropriate seal and finish to floors
- Properly uses caution signs and controls traffic
- Moves furniture
- Works in cooperative courteous manner with others to accomplish results
- Demonstrates proper use and care of equipment
- Properly cares for equipment and takes action for preventive maintenance
- Reports malfunctioning equipment
- Uses safety precautions
- Demonstrates proper emergency and security response
- Takes immediate action as required to assist with emergency codes
- Unlocks and secures access to building as directed
- Responds and properly handles chemical spills
- Reports mechanical failures or negative conditions to the appropriate person
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or
- GED
- Prefer experience with general office computer programs and email
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year floor care experience
