Environmental Services Director - Float

The Float Environmental Services Director provides general oversight and maintenance of property or properties (building & grounds) including all major utility, life safety and security systems. Fills in for Environmental Services Directors at Ebenezer owned and managed communities and supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff. Ensures 24/7 emergency On-Call response per rotating schedule.

This schedule includes;

• Casual/On call 
• Weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provides general oversight and maintenance of property, including all major utility, life safety, and security systems
• Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff
• Ensures timely and effective turnover of apartments
• Provides 24/7 emergency on-call response per rotating schedule
• Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience
• Special Class C Boiler Operator’s License within 90 Days
• Commercial Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate of Arts in Industrial Energy or related field
• 5 years of experience
