CT Technologist - Up to $8,000 Sign-On Bonus

Fairview is hiring a CT Technologist to join our talented team at Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN. You will recieve a new hire sign-on bonus of up to $8,000!

This position will work 64 hours per 2 weeks. A typical working schedule is as follows:

• Week 1: Monday thru Thursday 11p-7a
• Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday 6:30p-6:30a & Friday 11p-7a.

This schedule allows for an extended 5 day weekend every other week.

• If the majority of your allocated shift hours are worked between 11pm – 7am, your hours worked in this shift will receive an additional $8.00 per hour, on top of your base rate & shift differentials.

This position is Union Contract - ADIT

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality CT scans and ensure accurate imaging
• Deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care to patients
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain safety, follow protocols, and ensure data integrity
• Respond to emergencies and support a culture of patient safety
• Keep up with continuing education and new technology

What You Need

• Technical Training and/or Associates Degree
• Current Registration with American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Basic Life Support

Preferred 

• 1 or more years of experience in a related role
• Additional certifications in Imaging
• ARRT CT certification or successful completion within 18 months

The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting. An individual's pay rate within this range may be influenced by various factors, including FTE, skills, knowledge, educational background, and qualifying experience as specified in the contract. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
