CT Technologist - Baylor - Up to $13,500 Sign-On Bonus

Here at Fairview, we are now seeking a CT Technologist to join our imaging team at our University of Minnesota Medical Center - East Bank location in Minneapolis, MN! This is a .9 FTE Baylor position (work 48 hours per 2 weeks, paid for 72) that will work a typical schedule of working every Saturday and Sunday from 8AM - 8PM.

The CT Technologist functions independently based on the boundaries of professional practice in performing all major work responsibilities. The Technologist provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of high quality diagnostic imaging, provides quality age-appropriate patient care according to established standards of practice, and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team. The technologist is responsible for performing the responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements (ARRT). This position will adhere to a Baylor Schedule which will be designated by the hospital.

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus that is prorated based on experience.

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of current MN Dept of Health Regulations.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Due to differences in scope of care, practice or services across settings, the specific experience required for this position may vary.
• ARRT Radiology Tech
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or years of experience in a related role
• Previous ambulatory care experience.
• Additional certifications in Imaging
