Location: Seven Lakes Pharmacy 3650 Victoria St N Shoreview, MN 55126-2906
Schedule: 0.8FTE ~8:00AM-4:00PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM. There is flexibility with these hours - Weekends would be limited and as needed.
Responsibilities
- Review all initial clinical assessments and reassessments for qualitative and quantitative content of the medical record, completeness, and compliance with quality of care standards—as related to federal, state regulations, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to address data integrity issues, consulting with clinicians as needed and ensuring corrections align with organizational policies.
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends and offer recommendations to improve performance.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and industry standards.
- Ensures appropriate ICD-10 coding and sequencing as it relates to the client’s medical condition, including any co-morbidities.
- Assists with other chart audit activities as assigned.
- Participate in annual competency activities, to include annual co-visits in the field
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the healthcare organization.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing RN
- 3 years of Nursing Experience
- 2 years Home Infusion or Home Care experience
- Current MN Nursing License
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)
- Drivers License
- Current and adequate automobile insurance policy
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- EPIC
- CRNI or OCN

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
