Practice Details:
- Join a team of 7 Certified Nurse Midwives
- Deliveries performed at: M Health Fairview St. John's hospital
- Admitting Hospital: M Health Fairview St. John's hospital
- CNM group averages 20 deliveries per month
- Average of 15 patients per day in clinic
- FTE:.8
- Call Frequency: 1:7, with 24/7 in-house OB emergency support
- Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and sub specialty physicians
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal Nurse Midwife training program.
- Have a current, or be eligible for a MN APRN license and be approved or eligible by the Minnesota Board of Nursing for prescription writing privileges.
- Be certified through the American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM)
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
