Administrative Intern

This summer internship will be a 10-12 week program with an estimated end date of August 28, 2026.

Pay: Flat rate of $20/hr.

The intern would observe site operations, support site needs and support projects.

The Adminitrative Intern will have:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrates excellent listening skills
• Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with interdisciplinary team members and interacts effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Ability to receive and give feedback
• Proficiency with data entry and the ability to maintain high accuracy under tight timelines.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to achieve or exceed expected outcomes while producing and distributing work products in a timely manner.
• Ability to problem solve, perform service recovery, and organize daily tasks to optimize productivity.
• Ability to collaborate with interdepartmental leadership or third party subject matter experts.
• Ability to adopt a learning mindset with a keen focus on development opportunities.

Requirements:

Education

• In-progress with a bachlelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in healthcare administration or a related healthcare field.

Experience

• Excellent writing skills, computer skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to complete projects accurately and on time.
• Knowledge or experience within healthcare and/or healthcare administration

This position offers a flat rate within the specified compensation range. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Furthermore, our organization values pay equity and includes considerations of internal team equity when extending any offers. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
