What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodial Leader (FV) position at Fairview Elementary?
Applications are being accepted for an 8-hour per day Custodial Leader position at Fairview Elementary School. Duties include cleaning, lifting, proper handling of chemicals and solutions, general maintenance, and setting up for activities. In addition, candidate may be required to mow, trim hedges, and remove snow, which may require working flexible hours in inclement weather. Weekend building checks required. Good interpersonal skills a must. Required qualifications are that the applicant not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of himself/herself or others with or without reasonable accommodations, and must be capable of regularly attending to the duties of the position assigned. This position is subject to a veterans preference. Duty hours are typically 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.
