SUPERVISOR POSITION ALSO AVAILABLE\*\* **Salary Range:**
\$72,800-\$101,920 a year (based on years of experience) **Essential Job
Functions:** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals
with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - RN supervises
nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations & guidelines
governing long-term care. - Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you
comply with written policies and procedures established by this
organization. - Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with procedures
set forth by the organization. - Assure the implementation of resident
care plans. - RN conducts assessments and care plans appropriate for
residents admitted to the facility. - Communicate pertinent information
and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families and
visitors. - Communicate effectively will all disciplines. - Keep DON
informed of information of any changes in resident condition. - RN
charts all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. Follow
established procedures. - All responsibilities will be conducted in a
manner that exhibits the Integritus mission, vision, and core values.

rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care in The Berkshires.
Nestled in a hill in a quiet residential setting, all of our rooms
overlook blooming greenery with either the surrounding woods or our
well-maintained patios. **Qualifications** - Graduate of accredited
nursing program - Current Massachusetts nursing license as an RN -
Previous Nursing Experience In a Supervisory Role Preferred -
