**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for navigating a broad range of duties typical to a Human Resources position.
**Responsibilities:**
- Development of employee retention and implementation of current and new employee incentive programs.
- Recruitment of new talent.
- Planning, scheduling, training assistance, and development of employees.
- Ensuring company policies, rules, and procedures are followed consistently
- Working with management on developing and publishing standard operating procedures
- Maintaining and improving employee relations
- Hiring, firing, and onboarding of new employees
- Employee performance management
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in Human Resources field
- Excellent communication
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Experience with fabrication, machining, and manufacturing processes is an added bonus
