No cold calling! As an Inbound Sales and Customer Representative, you will be taking calls from existing clients who are looking to activate their credit card. This position consistent of role is to ensure our clients are getting the best value from their services; therefore, we want to ensure we offer them additional optional product to match their need. IN ADDITION, WE OFFER SHIFT PREMIUMS AND FLEXIBLE SHIFTS ! 10% shift premium (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked 50% or more of the total hours worked Monday to Friday outside of outside your 8am - 5:00pm AND 10% shift premium (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked on Saturdays. Operating hours are wonderful!
