Location: Orlando, FL (Maitland area)

Schedule: Full Time, Hybrid 3x/week in office, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00 EST

Non-Exempt Hourly: $26.84-$32.80 plus Annual Discretionary Bonus, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays, and more!

Role Overview

FairSquare is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Brand team. This entry-level role is designed for a motivated professional who excels at communication, thrives in a collaborative environment, and demonstrates strong organizational skills. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard by managing schedules, tracking progress, and supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, assign, and monitor project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Collect and organize required assets for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
• Schedule and coordinate kick-off meetings, touch-base sessions, and other project-related meetings.
• Draft and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are clearly communicated and adhered to.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and identification of blockers.
• Report progress, challenges, and risks to the Senior Brand Program Manager.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Copy Lead, Creative Design Lead, and Director of Brand Marketing to support project execution.
• Represent the Brand team with professionalism, delivering excellent service to stakeholders and enhancing the team’s reputation as a collaborative and best-in-class Brand team.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives when opportunities arise.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preference for degrees in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership or project coordination experience.
• Positive demeanor and professional approach when engaging with others.
  
  

Physical Demands

• Working in a temperature-controlled office environment
• Sitting at a desk for long periods of time while viewing multiple computer screen monitors
• Potential lifting of boxes around 5-10lbs
