Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven ISO Representative to build and manage partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and brokers within the business funding industry. This role focuses on developing strong referral relationships, managing deal flow, and ensuring a smooth experience for external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-spoken, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain long term relationships with ISOs, brokers, and external partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, submissions, and deal updates.
- Educate ISOs on our funding products, guidelines, requirements, and updates.
- Review incoming submissions for basic completeness before moving to the Scrubber team.
- Communicate deal statuses, approvals, and declines clearly and promptly.
- Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and operations teams to ensure strong alignment.
- Identify opportunities to expand ISO partnerships and drive increased deal flow.
- Assist in onboarding and training new ISOs to ensure compliance with company processes.
- Track performance metrics, submission volume, and partner activity.
- Uphold company standards and represent the organization with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial services, MCA/funding sales, brokerage relations, or partnership management.
- Strong understanding of business funding products (e.g., MCAs, term loans, lines of credit) a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of partner inquiries and submissions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, partner portals, and standard office software.
