Summary:As the Player Development Manager, you will be responsible for the Player Development initiatives including, but not limited to, increasing the player database, increasing player revenue, and creating and implementing special events.Essential Job Functions:Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goalsPerform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion ProgramSelect, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective actionOversee the overall execution of the Player Development initiatives Support Slots marketingDevelopment and implement strategies to increase player card sing up, loyalty and casino revenueDevelop, coordinate, and implement player special events Ensure all guest problems and concerns are addressed by exceeding the guests’ expectations for a resolutionAttend all special events presented by the casinoPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board Must have a high school diploma or equivalentBachelor’s degree preferredMinimum three years of prior experience in casino marketing or five years in casino operations required Must have a minimum of three years of experience in player-tracking systemsHigh-level public relations and customer service skills are requiredExcellent written and verbal communications skills are requiredMust have a working knowledge of slot machinesMust be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidaysBenefits:Comprehensive health coverage plan that includes medical, dental, and vision401(K)/ Company MatchBonus EligiblePhysical Demands & Work Environment:Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and standFrequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reachOccasionally required to sit or stoop Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 poundsThe work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.Job Type: Full-timeSalary Range; $65,000 - $75,000 per year Powered by JazzHRxDOJUvnK5m
