What You’ll Do as a Resident Assistant:
- Provide compassionate assistance with residents’ daily living needs (meals, bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.)
- Support residents with meaningful engagement and activities.
- Help create a safe, respectful, and caring environment.
- Partner with nurses and other team members to follow resident care plans.
- Assist in the dining room and with light room tidying.
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and accurate documentation.
