- Evening Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday
- Pay: $32.30–$34.90/hour
- Differentials: $1.25/hour weekends, $3.00/hour evening shift
- Paid 30-minute lunch break

As An LPN At Fairmount, You Will Provide High-quality, Resident-centered Care While Supporting a Culture Of Teamwork, Respect, And Dignity. You Will
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Make rounds, monitor resident health, and ensure resident safety
- Document resident care and communicate updates to the team
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants, supporting their development
- Assist with resident assessments, admissions, discharges, transfers, and end-of-life care
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, HIPAA, and the Corporate Compliance Plan
- Participate in and support team meetings and continuous quality improvement efforts
- Provide compassionate support to residents and their families, responding to needs with empathy and professionalism
