Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Office. Supervises Overnight staff in all departments
- To ensure high levels of performance and to motivate all the Front Office team members, focusing on his/her specific strengths and opportunities
- Continuously committed to provide excellent service and exceed guests expectations
Qualifications
- 1-2 years management experience in rooms, including a solid working knowledge of the Front Office Operation
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems, multi-task and to be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, communication, motivational and interpersonal skills
