Other duties may be assigned.Responsible for overall cleanliness of resortFinancial Management of departmentForecasting and budgeting for all departments under supervisionManagement of productivity standards for all housekeeping positionsBuilding and maintaining of extraordinary Guest Service StandardsEffective management of room inspection programEffective management of turn down programPurchasing and inventory control of all guest suppliesResponsible for overall training and development efforts for departmentResponsible for all the timely and accurate execution of all inventoriesUpkeep of all Public AreasOperating Schedules: labor and coverage optimization against guidelinesMaintain timely execution of employee performance appraisals.Coordination of all HR related paperwork for areas of responsibilityEffective coaching, counseling and recognition of all team membersEstablish and achieve quarterly and annual financial and operational performance objectivesQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
