Role Description
The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach is a part-time, on-site position based in Fairmont, WV. The role includes assisting the head coach with day-to-day coaching responsibilities, planning training sessions, and implementing strategies to develop and enhance the athletic performance of student-athletes. The coach will also support recruiting activities, organize team logistics, and ensure adherence to university and league policies. Collaboration with team members, staff, and faculty is essential to fostering an inclusive and positive environment for student-athletes.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Soccer Coaching and knowledge of technical and tactical aspects of the game
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with student-athletes, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Experience in Football and a solid understanding of team sports dynamics and strategies
- A background in Education or an equivalent field to mentor and guide student-athletes academically and athletically
- Prior experience or skills in Coaching, particularly at the collegiate or competitive team level, is highly beneficial
- Commitment to inclusivity, teamwork, and supporting student-athlete development
- Bachelor's degree and a valid driver’s license are required
