Job Description
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure from the hotel
- Open and assist with hotel entrance and vehicle doors while maintaining a courteous and attentive presence
- Provide directions, hotel information, and local recommendations to guests as needed
- Assist with coordinating vehicle traffic, rideshare services, taxis, and transportation flow at hotel entrances
- Communicate effectively with Bell Services, Valet, Front Office, Security, and Concierge teams to support seamless guest experiences
- Assist guests with luggage coordination and transportation requests as operationally needed
- Monitor hotel entrance areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and service requests
- Support VIP arrivals, group arrivals, special events, and high-volume operational periods
- Maintain awareness of hotel activities, guest arrivals, and operational updates to provide proactive guest assistance
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with guests and team members
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards
- Follow hotel policies, guest service standards, and workplace safety procedures at all times
- Previous hospitality, guest service, valet, bell, transportation, or customer service experience preferred
- Luxury hotel or upscale hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong guest service mindset with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as operationally required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
